MISSY Control Center is the project recovery and planning surface behind the lab. It tracks objectives, current state, blockers, artifacts, roadmap items, and token-ledger health across active projects.
From a product-management view, its job is continuity: when a long thread rolls over or a project goes quiet, the next session should know where to resume without reverse-engineering the last week from chat history.

MCC organizes project trackers into a local dashboard for recovery, planning, token reports, and active-work orientation.
System
Structured JSON trackers under memory/active/projects drive the dashboard and token ledger, with reports treated as derived artifacts.
Outcome
Cristian gets faster project restarts, clearer priorities, and less hidden state across Booksy, Robot, SFB, Godot, and other workstreams.
Technical product direction
Keep MCC as the source of truth, not another dashboard-shaped log.
The next product direction is lightweight editing, better project filters, cleaner recent-change summaries, and preserving the split between MCC project memory and live operational tools like Robot Panel.
